Blitar (beritajatim.com) – Polres Blitar detectives are hunting down the perpetrators of the distribution of pornography videos by Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI). Currently, the Blitar Police detectives are chasing the perpetrators who are believed to have fled.
The police have gathered several clues related to the pornography video case. However, they are not disclosing the information to the public yet as the investigation is still ongoing.
“Yes, we continue to conduct investigations, profiling the perpetrators as well. In essence, it is still in the investigation process,” said the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Blitar Police, AKP Momon, on Thursday (24/10/2024).
The perpetrators of the distribution are suspected to have a connection with the victims. However, this is still under further investigation by the police.
“We are still investigating, if there are any developments, I will inform you,” he added.
Previously, the people of Blitar were shocked by the circulation of indecent videos allegedly involving an Indonesian Migrant Worker (TKI) with their lover. The video, less than 1 minute in duration, showed pornographic acts between a woman believed to be a TKI and her boyfriend.
Not only one, but there are many videos that have been widely spread in the community. The pornographic videos were uploaded by the Facebook account P****** G**** t**** and the Tiktok account R**** J**** 88.
These pornographic videos have caused concern among the people of Blitar. The community hopes that the police can take immediate action to investigate and apprehend the perpetrators and distributors of the pornography videos.
“Oh, this is disturbing, how can such videos be circulated widely, it’s sad if children see them,” said Ali, a resident of Blitar Regency, on Monday (21/10/2024).
Information suggests that the male perpetrator was the one who first spread the pornographic video. The woman is believed to be a TKI currently working in Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, the man is still in Indonesia and is suspected to be from South Blitar.
“How can scenes like that be recorded and distributed, it’s embarrassing,” said April, a resident of Blitar. [owi/beq]
