Surabaya (beritajatim.com) – Tim Penyidik Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) RI on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, arrested three judges from the Surabaya District Court and one lawyer on allegations of corruption and gratification in handling the case of Gregorius Ronald Tannur. The arrests took place at various locations in Surabaya, from 07.00 AM to 12.00 PM.

- Apartemen Gunawangsa Tidar Tower C Unit 2336
A search was conducted at the apartment belonging to Erintuah Damanik, who is the Chief Judge in the case. - Apartemen Gunawangsa Tidar Tower C Unit 3220
The Pidsus Kejagung team also conducted a search at the apartment of Mangapul, another Judge in the case. - Jl. Ketintang Baru Selatan V Blok C No. 2
The search took place at the home of Heru Hanindyo, another Judge in the case. - Jl. Raya Kendangsari No. 51-53
The office of Lisa Associates & Legal Consultant, owned by lawyer Lisa Rachmat, was also one of the locations searched. - Jl. Kendangsari Selatan No. 1
A search was conducted at Lisa Rachmat’s personal residence, who is suspected of involvement in the case. - Jl. Manyar Tirtoyoso Utara IV No. 21
The home of Kevin Wibowo, another related party, was the last location searched by the team.
Chronology of Arrests
- 06.30 AM – The Pidsus Kejagung RI investigative team was divided into four teams, which moved towards the search locations, accompanied by TNI Military Police personnel and intelligence teams from East Java Prosecutor’s Office and Surabaya District Attorney’s Office.
- 07.00 AM – The team arrived at the locations and began the search and seizure of items discreetly. Security was provided by TNI Military Police personnel and local intelligence teams.
- 09.00 AM – The Chief Judge of the Surabaya High Court arrived at Heru Hanindyo’s home location to inquire about the purpose of the search. After receiving an explanation, the Chief Judge stated that they had no intention of intervening in the legal process and only wanted to ensure the situation.
- 09.30 AM – The Chief Judge of the Surabaya High Court left the search location.
- 01.50 PM – The search at Lisa Associates & Legal Consultant office was completed. However, searches at several other locations continued into the evening.
The arrests are related to allegations of corruption and gratification in handling the case of Gregorius Ronald Tannur, where Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul, and Heru Hanindyo acted as the panel of judges. Lawyer Lisa Rachmat and Kevin Wibowo are suspected of involvement in the case.
