Small and medium-sized business owners in Tangerang were delighted to welcome President Prabowo Subianto during his visit to the Apkasi Otonomi Expo 2025 at ICE BSD. Tresya Avilaemalo, representing a small enterprise from West Sumba, expressed her gratitude for the chance to showcase products like coffee, tea, chocolate, and woven fabrics from her region. She found it exceptional to be part of the event and thanked the President for his support. Tresya also expressed her hope that President Prabowo would visit West Sumba in the future to boost local entrepreneurs and contribute to food security programs.
Furthermore, Ferdinan Endarto, a representative of small businesses from Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, shared his hope for more promotional opportunities to allow local cultures and products to gain wider recognition. He emphasized the importance of initiatives that promote regional products, recognizing the unique communities and specialties of each region. Ferdinan also showed his support for President Prabowo’s Koperasi Merah Putih initiative, which aims to empower small enterprises and strengthen the economy. He highlighted the program’s role in managing and assisting all small businesses in Kapuas Regency.
