Andrea Wiwandhana, the founder of CLAV Digital, is changing the way digital marketing is perceived. While many see it as just social media content or paid advertising, Andrea takes a more comprehensive approach by focusing on the often overlooked aspect of online reputation.
Andrea’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident from a young age. One memorable moment was when she busked in Taman Suropati to earn extra money. “I love challenges. It was an experience that gave me courage,” she reminisces. This experience instilled in her the bravery to try new things, including starting businesses while in college.
However, the journey was not easy. “Most of the businesses I tried at that time failed. I thought about giving up, but each failure taught me something new,” she says. These challenging experiences taught Andrea the importance of adaptation and perseverance in the face of change.
In 2013, Andrea launched Tablet.co.id, a platform selling mobile phone accessories that garnered 21 million likes on Facebook with daily revenues reaching Rp3 million. Although it eventually lost out to larger marketplaces, Andrea views it as a crucial foundation that strengthened her digital experience.
In 2018, she founded Donafun.id, a social startup that attracted significant investors. “It proves that a simple yet relevant idea can have a significant impact,” she adds.
Based in Jakarta and Bali, CLAV Digital is a different kind of digital agency. With a focus on reputation management, Andrea and her team help clients manage how their names appear online. “Online reputation is more than just sales. It’s about how you are remembered—both as individuals and businesses,” explains Andrea.

Andrea believes that her journey is far from over. “I can’t say that I am successful yet. But I continue to learn and try to help as many people as possible through my work,” she humbly states.
