Tyson Fury: Komentar Sindiran Klitschko, Usia 48 Tahun

Share

Tyson Fury recently commented on the rumored comeback of his former rival, Wladimir Klitschko, who is reportedly considering a return to the boxing ring at the age of 48, aiming to break George Foreman’s record. While Klitschko is said to have a dream of becoming the oldest heavyweight world champion, surpassing Foreman’s record of winning the title at the age of 45, Fury believes that the motivation behind this comeback is more financial than sporting ambition.

Fury suggested that if Klitschko’s goal was truly to break Foreman’s record, he could pursue the WBA regular title against boxers like Manuel Charr, but that would not bring in much money. The British boxer implied that Klitschko’s return may be driven by financial needs, considering his age and the time he has been away from the boxing world.

As Fury prepares for a rematch against Oleksandr Usyk, the current WBA, WBC, and WBO world champion, he revealed that he spends more of his free time watching the Netflix series Van Helsing than focusing on potential opponents in the boxing world. Despite his casual approach, Fury remains focused on his upcoming fight with Usyk in Saudi Arabia next weekend, a significant bout for both boxers in the heavyweight division.

Meanwhile, boxing fans eagerly await confirmation on whether Wladimir Klitschko will indeed make a comeback to the ring or if it remains just speculation. If the comeback does happen, it could potentially be one of the most controversial moments in modern boxing history.
