Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma and Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi express their excitement as they face their debut at the BWF World Tour Finals 2024. Ranked 10th in the world, the pair feels the different aura of this prestigious year-end tournament. Ana and Tiwi are among the six Indonesian representatives competing at the BWF World Tour Finals 2024 held in Hangzhou, China from December 11-15, 2024.
Upon their arrival in Hangzhou on Sunday, December 8th, the Indonesian team tested the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre arena. Ana and Tiwi spent 60 minutes adapting to the field. Tiwi shared her gratitude for being able to debut at the BWF World Tour Finals, noting the unique aura of the tournament compared to others they have participated in.
Despite being debutants, Ana and Tiwi find themselves in a challenging Group B, alongside Rin Iwanaga/Kie Nakanishi (Japan), Baek Ha Na/Lee So Hee (Korea), and Chen Qing Chen/Jia Yi Fan (China). Their journey kicks off against Baek Ha Na/Lee So Hee on Wednesday, December 11th. It will be intriguing to see how the Indonesian women’s doubles pair performs in their first appearance at the BWF World Tour Finals 2024.
