WASHINGTON D.C – Lamborghini Revuelto owned by an influencer from the United States (US) was burned to ashes. However, the cool hypercar had only been used for a short time.
Revuelto is the first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) hypercar from Lamborghini. Its performance is also very ‘crazy’, with a total power output from the gasoline engine and electric drive system reaching 1,029 hp.
Of course, it would be very distressing to see the hypercar damaged, let alone burned. Unfortunately, as quoted from Carscoops on Wednesday (10/23/2024), this was experienced by the US influencer named Ethan Duran.
Duran uploaded a video of his burning Revuelto on Monday (10/21/2024). Even, there were some small explosions in this hypercar.
“Crazy,” said Duran while capturing that sad moment.
Duran was known to have ordered the Revuelto in September 2023. The unit was only delivered to him in early October 2024.
At the time of the fire, Duran’s Revuelto odometer information showed less than 200 km. It was precisely 174 km.
It is unclear how the Revuelto owned by this US influencer could be engulfed in flames. Speaking through Instagram, Duran explained that he initially noticed fire coming out from the back of the car.
He immediately pulled over the Revuelto and got out of the cabin. It didn’t take long for the fire to grow and spread to various parts.
Firefighters arrived and extinguished the fire. However, Duran’s Revuelto condition could not be saved.
To this day, the cause of Duran’s Revuelto burning remains a mystery. This is the first incident for the hypercar.
