Jakarta – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has given direct instructions to the Indonesian Minister of Defense (Menhan), Prabowo Subianto, to collaborate with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) regarding the operation of a field hospital in Gaza. Prabowo stated this after meeting the President at the State Palace on Thursday (6/6/2024). “I just met with the President at the State Palace and he has instructed me to work with the UAE on operating a field hospital in Gaza,” said Prabowo. The collaboration aims to provide much-needed medical assistance to the people of Gaza.
